You know, if Barack Obama had lost, I was seriously planning to quit doing the rumors. AJ22 was the only person I shared this with. I didn't post it, because I didn't want to back myself in a corner and then change my mind. Anyway, he did win and so I am here.
SHAKIR STEWART REPLACEMENT?
As you know, there are rumors upon rumors surrounding who is going to replace the late Shakir Stewart. At the top of the list, I’m hearing, is one Irv Gotti of Murder Inc. Now, I am not sure where Irv is right now, but I heard he has a contract that will expire in 2009. At that point, he will possibly make that move and bring some artists with him. Not sure what that would mean for Ja Rule and the crew. Also, if you remember, Irv was on the short list to move in and replace Jay, but Shakir got the job. R.I.P.
SUPERHEAD KEEPS PLAYING
Superhead continues to stretch that 15 minutes. The chick is pregnant or pretending to be pregnant. Either way people jump on everything. She’s on twitter and she has her icon has a lil’ mini pic of Bow Wow’s chest. What does this mean? Sign. It’s a clue! She might be preggers by Bow Wow. OR it could be another Black dude that has script tatted on his chest. It does look like Bow Weezy though. RIHANNA GETS SICK IN SIDNEY
My good pal Jacob sent me an email on Rihanna getting sick in Sidney. Here is what he said about the show word for word. Running off stage isn’t good.
Hey,
Rhianna was sick at her concert in Sydney Australia. She did all of her set except the last song she was supposed to do with Chris brown, he came out, and she wasn’t signing just holding her stomach then she ran off stage.
Her set was VERY average compared to Chris brown. He absolutely rocked the massive crowd and really performed. Rhianna sat down for like 3 songs and didn’t sound that great, could barley hear a lot of her words.
Apparently ambulance and shit came in to look after her and check her out. Apparently it was from smoke inhalation, which doesn’t, surprise me cause her stage was full of smoke and fireworks (indoors).
She did shows the next day with no problem.

CHARLAMAGNE TO GET HIS OWN SHOW?
Charlamagne might have been fired from his job last week, but I am hearing that he is already working on a new situation in radio. He’s already got something in South Carolina, but I heard there is something else even more provocative on the horizon. No disrespect to the Carolinians of the South.
“I will be doing a specialty show with WXBT 100.1 'The Beat' in Columbia,” he told AllHipHop.com. "I can do that from up here and it will broadcast down there. Radio is like training, [you] have to stay on that bike to keep the conditioning up for when that big fight comes. I didn't have a non-compete clause, so I am able to work immediately in New York. I'm just weighing out my options right now.”
FIELD MOB IS WORKING
Field Mob’s manager hit me up and gave me the scoop on what they are all working on! Here you go:
I wanted to confirm and clarify that rumor about The Field Mob album. Actually Smoke from Field Mob is working on a solo project. He has a solo deal with Sony through an independent named Empire Records out of AZ (DTP is still involved in the project). The album is shaping up to be CRAZY... Ken Jo is definitely the driving force musically behind the project with assistance from Jack Brown, and a possible single produced by Kanai Finch... As for Field Mob they are working on putting together a new project, also most of those tracks being done by Ken Jo, however, the solo project from Smoke seems to be coming first.
R.KELLY DIDN’T DO IT!
The nephew of R. has reportedly been shot a couple days ago. The 15 year old could have been trying to rob somebody with his brother, police speculate. The owner of the store had a burner on him when they allegedly came in and he used it. Now others speculate that these young men were simply in the wrong place at the wrong time and got caught directly in the crossfire. R. Kelly’s relative was hit in the lung and liver. The boy is alive.
THE G-UNIT REPLACEMENT OR A HOAX?
I never heard of Lucky, but who am I? This guy has a new song and he’s supposedly the Young Buck replacement for G-Unit. Check out the song, where he sends disses to the former G-Uniter.
POLICE GET TOO ROWDY AT LUPE CONCERT
DJ Maniac Magee hit me up and said that Lupe and his band killed it over the weekend at Florida State, kicking off homecoming week. The only thing is that I heard that the police got way brutal with one of Lupe’s fans and beat her up. One of the FSU police officers allegedly got way too rough with the very small female student. Nobody quite knows if she was talking back or something when he approached her, she didn't deserve the treatment she got! By some others it was described as “excessively brutal.” Nobody really knows why the cop was in such a bad mood. Somebody said he might be still mad that McCain and Palin lost.
GILLIE “EXPOSES” DIRTY REK
Philly is about to get very hot. Gillie claims his rival is a kid toucher, not a shooter. Man, this is very bad.
SIGNS THE WORLD IS COMING TO AN END
Hey, we all know the lovefest had to get deferred at some point. A 17 year old Muslim kid was beaten with bats in Staten Island because he was either an Obama supporter or Muslim. All he heard was the word “Obama” before he was attacked on election night after O won.
I heard a man committed suicide after Obama was elected to send a message of opposition. LMAO. That is both a “Sign” and an “epic failure.”
EPIC FAIL OF THE DAY
Check this one out. The epic fail of the day is a series of fails all in one. Check it out, because there are some real gems in there. There is one vid where a dude gets hit by 2 cars. I am not saying that’s good. I looked at it and couldn’t tell if it was real or not. There are a couple really good sports fails too.

REST IN PEACE: Johannesburg - South African singer Miriam Makeba has died at the age of 76 in Italy. Mama Afrika died of a heart attack. She will be missed.
