I know someone who is serving life right now for murder. This guy had a friend confess (who was already serving a lengthy sentence) to the crime. The judge through that shit out with the quickness and convicted homeboy and sent his friend back to the prison he came from.

Maybe instead of always trying to get out of situations by lying and cheating, "real niggaz" can take responsibility for things. How about not living a life of crime? Timed Served on Attempted murder nawh son, LMAO. He hasn't even been sentenced yet. They just agreed to give him the time he served in Jail and on House Arrest.

C-Murder is awaiting sentencing on the Attempted Murder Charge in Baton Rouge, The DA agreed to Recommend 10 years to the Judge. BUT IN LOUISIANA the JUDGE and ONLY the JUDGE sentences you...... I don't care what the plea agreement is, the DA can only make a recommendation. At his sentencing hearing don't be surprised if the JUDGE find it in his heart to give C-Murder about 25 to 40 years especially based on the new confession in the Murder case in New Orleans.
