I don't know if threat charges is felony in the state he picked that up in, but if you a felon, isn't that automatic search in any given traffic stop anyways? If so, he should've knew not to take a chance and ride dirty in the first place....at least get a stash spot if you feel like it's a must that you ride dirty.

As far as being stopped for a defective brake light, the police can pull you over for a busted tailight and fine you. You guys can't defend him. You are correct, a police officer can not violate your FOURTH AMENDMENT right by searching your vehicle during a traffic stop, even if you are a convicted felon, known drug dealer or gang banger. This is what can cause an arrest in this case. I did not see the police report, but these are the things that could have lead to his arrest.

1. Plain View - If the officer saw something in "Plain View" like the handle of a gun, or a bag or weed, than he can search with out a warrant.

2. Consent to search - If you do not understand your rights or think telling the officer he can search your vehicle, thinking he won't search because you said it was okay, the officer can search your vehicle and what ever he finds will be admitted into evidence against you. In other words, if an officer ask can he search your vehicle or threatens you with a drug sniffing dog, tell him no. He can not search without a warrant or reasonable suspicion, period. And if he does, and you get a good lawyer, the evidence will be dismissed and without evidence, the prosecutor can not make a case.

3. Search incident to arrest - If the subject was arrested for not having proper paper work, the officer can do a Terry Frisk, see Terry vs. Ohio, 1968, than the officer can use the evidence against you.

4. Probable Cause - If the officer smells Marijuana or has any other reasonable suspicion to search, he can initiate a search and what ever he finds, he can arrest you and charge you with it.

Most of the time, criminals hang themselves, by thinking they can do something that in their mind is no big deal, you know, like threatening people's lives on the Internet, which is a federal offense, but hey, what do I know.

Again, I didn't see the police report, but I'm sure the officer went with the I smelled marijuana route. At least I hope that after 9 years in the can, this kid learned not to consent to a search and learned not to have a gun or drugs in plane view, but could not help from smoking weed before he left the studio and smelled like a fresh Xmas Tree when the officer stopped him.

Hope This Clears It Up for you, and the cowards who threaten lives on the Internet. Speaking of that, did you see they gave him 10 years for that. They also gave OJ 19. I don't think some of these people understand. Telling someone to kill themselves is a federal offense, it is the same as saying, I will kill you. So, just don't do it or you will be in the cell with Flesh and OJ. Real talk.

If you on any type of probation or parole, they can do whatever they want wit you.. Alotta "standard" pre-determined rules is automatically applied to your case once you git on probation or parole,(i.e. no partaking in any criminal activities, association or contact with known gangmembers, ex-convicts, cant purchase on credit, burrow money, receive gifts w/o approval of p.o., no traveling out of state, report all police contact [good or bad], no drugs/alcohol use, stay away from any establishment who's main purpose is distribution of Alcohol, etc. and if you got a dope case its even worse: no posession of cellular/paging devices, etc.)

My thing is: Who tha fuck was this nigga beefin wit so hard that he had to keep tha banger on him? Tha nigga been in tha joint for tha last 9 years! May as well say he did a 10 stretch. Please tell me why out of all tha 20 somethin people that got flexxed in tha hallway, all of em gets released except 1 person! 1! Who was that 1 mu'fucka? ME! All 'coz Im on fuckin probation! I asked what was I goin down for, and he simply said: "Well, you was clear for warrants, but because of your police contact tonight, you're being arrested for a 'probation hold' " I didnt have a fuckin bond amount so I could call somebody to drop that cash to git out. I had to wait until this bitch (my p.o.) came down to the county jail to take my statement on what happened, which was 2 days later, then had to wait 5 more days for her to make a decision with her supervisor on what to do wit me. Eventually she released me, but I did 8 days in tha county jail FOR NOTHING AT ALL! That probation/parole shit aint no joke!

I am not racially confused. I just stated the fact that I am multiracial because even though I consider myself black, I do not wanna deny any of my other heritages. Not to mention the question "are you mixed?" often comes up.

I used the "Dumb Nigger" phase to prove a point. Some people think of us as that anyway. We often try to break away from that. However, it makes more difficult for is to do when people make stupid choices and reinforce the stereotype, like Flesh-N-Bone has done.

Hate it for the dude. This thug shit is a mentality for real. After a 10 year bid, who could question your authenticity? You ain't got shit else to prove, and dude was locked up almost a decade, so what kind of enemies he got on the outside to where he has to ride with a burner? The good news is that no one was really checking for Flesh anyway. The best ones out the group are Bizzie, Krazyie, and Layzie, and THEN Flesh (in that very order). Best thing BTNH can do is work with Wish Bone on his flow and keep it moving and drop another classic.
