Jay got his hands involved in a lt of different shit, but when you're a minority investor you oftentimes don't have much say in the operational decisions. The person with the most invested makes the operational decisions. You have to trust this person or persons to make wise decisions with your money. That is the pitfall; now usually with your small investment there is a chance to reap huge benefits (the possible reward).

On a much smaller scale I'm a minority investor in a start-up business that will generate me a really good return if everything works as planned. Key word is "IF."
