I think the reason he isn't getting half is because they both probably came up with a figure and agreed to it. I know that's happened in a lot of divorce settlements. He was only worth like 35 million to begin with, so I don't think he's complaining about coming away with an extra 75 million.

I think that we all should be respectful towards this situation. This is 50's and his significant others personal and private life with some real issues. This person is someone he/she probably once loved or cared a lot for and now these two adult people have changed their mind about their feelings for one another, after the fact that a child has come out of this relationship. The child should not be "scarred" any more than necessary with "adult harsh words" about his parents. If we care about 50, his S.O. or his child, lets show this publicly in a different light. I really don't understand why this is all "public information" and cannot be worked out behind closed doors (meaning COURT). A better deal can probably be worked out, unless someone is trying to impress others. If on this site we are addressing 50 or his S.O. then do speak freely but if on this site we are addressing other people in general, they ain't got nothing to say or do with this whole situation. This is more like a gossip column with people who don't know all the facts running off at the mouth. Get yourself some business and a life of your own, then see who really care about you or what is going on with your own relationship. Myself included.
