Lie detector test aren't 99% foolproof and can be interpreted anyway, they can't even use them in new york courts. Most homocide detectives only care about stats and use lies (they can legally lie in order to sway confession UNDER LAW), threats and deals 2 get what they want. Sounds like circumstantial evidence which can easily be beat on appeal if it makes it 2 trial. What happen is truly fucked up but police need to do their job. He had something to do with it, his behavior is a perfect signal for that but it seems 2 me they trying to satisfy the outrage and not do their job. Sad cause how they're acting he's gonna have a chance 2 beat this case.

I aint witcha but I kinda thought the same thing as soon as it pop on the NEWS, and i'm surprised that there hasn't been sightings or anything supporting this tragedy from him MAKES YOU PONDER A LITTLE BIT, was he even at the funeral, did he even view their bodies, I mean that was his family to for 8yrs at least. Hopefully, the police have some concrete forensic evidence because what has been released to the public isn't enough to convict the guy. Damn...Everyone is pretty harsh...Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty? When Police are frustrated they will fabricate a story to meet quotas and to bring closure to something that can hurt the department. If this kid opens his mouth they will use that against him ...even if he was at a church in Europe they will find a way to connect him to the murders. So just cause he didnt say anything doesnt mean he's guilty.

Cases involving high profile celebrities and police officers usually result in some sort of conviction because this country protects cops and hollywood by any means neccesary. But if this happened to Paris Hilton you best believe that man would have fried in the electric chair a week ago.

even if he didn't do it, or know who did it, he's done. they have a weak case and going by a gun that looked similar to one used in the murder...he's tried and convicted already just on the simple fact a child was killed, people get emotional...

he got violated the same day the bodies were found, the kid was found three days later, an autopsy can show the time of death... it seems like they didn't check his hands, nor forearms for gunpowder residue, if they did they would've charged for those two murders...
