The police don't have no evidence against him or they would have charged him by now. I'm sure they have processed all evidence from the crime scene buy now as well as that gun and haven't found shit. Plus, there was the situation with Juvenile a year ago. Shit is getting real bad when babies and children are dying because of adult conflicts. It's just so unnecessary.

JENNIFER HUDSON's sister JULIA has provoked outrage with new photos on a social networking website by allegedly posting the pictures with insensitive captions referring to the murder of her brother last month (Oct08) in their native Chicago, Illinois.
The siblings' mother, Darnell Donerson, and brother, Jason, were found shot dead at their home in the city on 24 October (08). The singer/actress' seven-year-old nephew, Julian King - son of Julia - was also killed; his body was found in an abandoned car three days later.
A memorial for the three victims was held on Monday (03Nov08) - but new photos uploaded onto Julia Hudson's MySpace page suggests she is trying to deal with her grief through humour.
According to website TMZ.com, one particular photo featuring Julia with two pals is captioned: "Now that Jason's gone I'm the prettiest one".
Julia's estranged husband, William Balfour, is still being held by police in connection to the murders, although he has yet to be charged.
A spokesperson for Hudson could not be reached for comment as WENN went to press.

The real reason he's being held is for being in possession of crack. Instant no-no, you're gonna sit in the country till the hearing if you're on parole.

Once they either punish him for the violation or re-parole him, or send him back to jail for his original crime, this won't be news anymore.

If they planned to put him on trial for the murders they would've done it by now.

In addition, from a guy who was in the system:

If you get busted for any type of violation, guilty or not, on probation or parole, your Probation Officer or Parole Officer automatically places a Probation/Parole Hold on you, for which you can be held indefinitely until a hearing (1-3 weeks tops, generally, before the state steps in). In this case early December is pretty normal, and if he isn't charged by then he'll probably be given either a short jail stay (15-60 days) as a wake up call or turned loose to normal parole (renewal).

So, if he isn't charged in the big case by December, he'll probably just get a slap on the wrist and be back to where he was.

Again, not news, and Ismael, learn to write.
