What's good AHH....at first I was skeptical about Kanye's new cd including the heavily used(and I think played-out) vocoder and Love Lockdown song....but that new joint Heartless....it hot.....can't put my finger on it...but I'm feelin that track...808's and Heartbreak just might be straight....in the meantime I'm bumpin the hell out of The Renaissance....

I feel like Kanye is not as concerned as usual about this album's numbers. This is more of a pet project to/for him.

Luda will be business as usual. I can't believe this will be his 6th album; He's doing big things. I heard Rollout for the first time on Hot 97 and bought the album THAT day. Luda is consistent wit it.

Personally untill i hear that my 401k plan or House or Bank Accounts, is not at risk due to this recession, then i wont be thinking of spending a dime..Especially on Hip-Hop....period

Yeah i was thinking the same thing too..Luda-is being cheated out of this one..And Def Jam is turning this into a battle..People are already choosing who they will support...Point is people hate on 50 cent for using that same exact marketing scheme..Now record labels are doing it very frequently....

I agree with you on the recession issue but because some one is spending 11.99 of their OWN money is not an idiot homie....Shit I'm worried about my 401(k) as well and I pray Vanguard doesn't bottom out, but I'm gonna drop 11.99 on the 24th on a cd regardless....Being raised up on hip hop and having my life being partly based around hip hop....the least I can do spend 11.99 on some dope music...No beef but maybe you should be preaching to your 401(k) investment firm or broker....and not calling someone who decides to spend their money that you didn't give them on music...I'm just saying....11.99 won't break most people's 401(k) plan...but it obviously is killing yours...and BTW Luda always gets the short end of the stick it seems when it comes to marketing....then to put 2 hip hop giants on the same label out on the same day? See you are looking at it from a $11.99 Value..Think about the whole idea in terms of money period..These Artists in question are not hungry, they are not starving, as a matter of fact they will live better than us, wether they sell or not...

Kanye and Luda projected record sales in my opinion is very high, being that back then we weren't really in a recession..Now we are, so how the hell can you expect people to spend more on something during a time like this?

And im not just speaking from my pockets, but from everyone else's..And to add to that my personal worries is the same as yours and everyone else's..For me to speak to my financial Advisor about my 401k plan, O its bigger than that Baby boy because its not just a recession from my end but from the rest of the World as well...

But since we have a big spender over here..Go ahead and buy a copy of both Albums for all of us, so you can make these rappers tell you how much of a clown you are and how much money they have and you dont.
