I'll play Devils Advocate here especially since theres no video yet.

Now I'm no scholar on African studies but I do know that call and response is a fundamental part of the African dance culture long before it was in Hip Hop so unless he was yelling "Put ya hands where my eyes can see" this might be a simple story MADE to seem crazier then it really is.

THE former American secretary of state Colin Powell has revealed that he spent 2½ hours vainly trying to persuade President George W Bush not to invade Iraq and believes today’s conflict cannot be resolved by US forces.

Then he RESIGNS after he figures that there is some fishy-ness to the US intelligence system. That was admirable. This particular story says that he even tried to convince Bush NOT to go to war. That was admirable.

Affirmative action and welfare were put in place to help people, but along the way it became a crutch. When people get comfortable they kick their feet up and take things forgranted. I don't mind either program, but we need to use them responsibily. The older generation came up by going through some of the worst bs to get where they are now. That's why he said what he said. In 1995 there were about 5 black marine corps generals in the USMC, I met 3 of them and they made me proud. One of them was General Bolden who was the first black marine corps astronaunt, he later went on to be a head of a department at NASA. General Stanley who was on the cover of jet magazine went on to be a 3 star general. Nothing was giving to these men therefore nothing could be taking away! Point blank you want the best person for the job period. If you were going on a flight would you look at the color of the pilot or his or her credentials. I was always told to work twice as hard to get noticed half as much. No disrespect to anyone at all.

White people aren't unified. Hispanics aren't unified, Asians aren't unified.

If anything, African Americans and in general black people are MORE unified than white people are.

Why are there like 8 times as many broke, jobless white people? Once you stop trying to make it a per capita issue and twist numbers around, and look at the big picture, you'll see it's not a racial issue.

You need to stop saying "I can't win because I'm (insert disqualification/personality flaw/ethnicity/disability/race". Winners don't say that shit man.

The reason you're losin' isn't because life isn't unfair. Life is unfair yeah. But how come there are guys in wheelchairs, missing legs and still finding jobs to do?

A decent portion of people are trifling and lazy. They just are. They blame the fuckin' economy or some other random shit for their inability to bust their asses and get jobs, or start businesses, or go for broke.

Colin Powell came from the slums, the ghetto, the gutter, worked his ass off, had a successful military career, joint chiefs of staff, came up from nothing, dirt poor, working class like you or me.

Barack Obama was born into a relatively wealthy family, went to law school, became a lawyer and is generally closer to that 'elite' that is usually full of suit and tie white guys that I don't like, and you don't like.

Colin Powell just endorsed Obama, word was he was asked to postpone his endorsement due to the embarrassment of the Republican party failures until after the bailout plan was signed off on.

INCIDENTALLY I KNOW SEVERAL WHITE PEOPLE PERSONALLY, FROM MULTIPLE ECONOMIC LEVELS. THE ONES THAT ARE RICH ARE VERY RICH, NEVER MISSED A MEAL, DO ANYTHING THEY WANT TO DO IN LIFE (LEGALLY OR OTHERWISE) THEY NEVER SEEN ENVELOPES WITH BIG RED LETTERS ON IT. THE ONES THAT ARE MIDDLE-CLASS ARE RICH TO POOR PEOPLE, AND DO MOST OF WHAT THEY WANT TO DO, AND HAVE PLENTY OF BACK-UP IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. THE ONES LIVING CHECK TO CHECK, DO SOME OF WHAT THEY WANT TO DO, BUT WILL NEVER BE OUT OF DOORS OR DO WITHOUT THE NECESSITIES. AND THE POOR ONES DON'T GET TO DO ANYTHING LAVISH BUT THEY LIVE ALRIGHT. THE DIRT POOR ONES STRUGGLE LIKE POOR MINORITIES. A WHITE PERSONS FINANCIAL PROBLEMS ARE NOT THE SAME ARE NOT THE SAME AS MOST PEOPLE, SO WHEN YOU HEAR THEM COMPLAIN DON'T THINK,"NOW WE HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON", CUZ THATS NOT THE CASE. AND AS FAR AS LATINOS, JUMP ON A PUERTO RICAN, AND SEE 300 MEXICANS THAT DON'T KNOW HIM FUCK YOUR ASS UP.
