This is ridiculous....I got to share my 2 cents.

I've been talking with some people about this whole election process. I said "You would think WE (black Americans) had THEM (white Americans in slavery." Do you know what one of them replied? They stated "You ever heard of guilty conscience? white Americans consciens is killing them right now."

and that state is the honest truth, we passively forgave slavery meaning we moved on. its still on their minds. What you scared for? what we can possibly do? For over 200 years there have been 43 president, NOT ONE was visibly black.

So, I was in NY this weekend seen a couple of non-Obama supporters ( i don't even want to say the other guy running for president name). I asked them why are they voting for the other guy? The guy stated "am a lifelong republican and a fiscal conservative." so i said "well. he (the other guy) wants to buy all the bad mortgages, so that wipes out your fiscal conservative theory." needless, to say this guy did not want to continue the conversation.

People they are blantly scared of black man. WHY? what WE did to THEM? who knows!! but, its about time for change.
They ask me are you voting for Obama because he's black? HECK yeah, we get pulled over because we BLACK, we are discriminated against because we are BLACK. why should i switch protocol.

I am just fed up with racism. I don't even call it racism i refer to it as uneducated ignorance.

I, for one, am not gonna allow myself to be tied to any ONE political party and/or agenda...

I would rather think, breathe, and rationalize things for myself. I believe the Republican platform has some good agendas...I also believe the Democratic platform has some good agendas. But what I DON'T believe is that McCain's campaign is sound, ethical, or even slightly making any sense whatsoever....lol

I still have business associates who are obviously gonna vote for McCain...they are Republican, and they believe in the Republican platform MORE than the Democratic platform.

Rock and roll (also known as rock 'n' roll) is a form of music that evolved in the United States in the late 1940s and early 1950s, with roots in mostly African American music genres, and quickly spread to the rest of the world.

Classic rock and roll is played with one or two electric guitars (one lead, one rhythm), a string bass or (after the mid-1950s) an electric bass guitar, and a drum kit. In the earliest rock and roll styles of the late 1940s and early 1950s, either the piano or saxophone was often the lead instrument, but these were generally replaced or supplemented by guitar in the middle to late 1950s. The beat is essentially a boogie woogie blues rhythm with an accentuated backbeat, the latter almost always provided by a snare drum.

The massive popularity and eventual worldwide view of rock and roll gave it an unique social impact. Far beyond simply a musical style, rock and roll, as seen in movies and in the new medium of television, influenced lifestyles, fashion, attitudes, and language. It went on to spawn various sub-genres, often without the characteristic backbeat, that are more properly called simply 'rock music'.

WHAT ETHNIC GROUP SUFFERS FROM POVERTY THE MOST?

The proportion of white americans living in poverty declined significantly last year while the proportion of black and Hispanic poor people increased, the Census Bureau reported today.

The median incomes of white Americans increased in 1987 in terms of real dollars and those of black and Hispanic citizens declined.

The report found that the proportion of white Americans who were poor was 10.5 percent, as against 11 percent in 1986. A total of 21.4 million white Americans lived in poverty in 1987, against 22.2 million in 1986.

However, the proportion of black Americans living in poverty was 33.1 percent, as against 31.1 in 1986. A total of 9.68 million blacks lived in poverty in 1987, against 8.98 million in 1986.

Similarly, the proportion of Hispanic people who are poor was 28.2 percent, against 27.3 percent in 1986. The number of Hispanic people living in poverty was 5.47 million, against 5.11 million in 1986. Down From 1983 Peak

The overall proportion of Americans living in poverty was 13.5 percent, or 32.5 million, as against 13.6 percent or 32.4 million in 1986.

This was the lowest level since President Reagan took office; the poverty rate peaked in 1983 at 15.2 percent. -New York Times...
