JD: "You Haven't Heard Janet Sound Like This In a Long Time"

(AllHipHop News) So So Def CEO Jermaine Dupri announced a deal with director Tyler Perry today (March 19) for the release of the soundtrack to Why Did I Get Married Too?

The first single from the soundtrack is titled “Nothing” and features Dupri’s ex-girlfriend, Janet Jackson.

The track was produced by Dupri and Bryan Michael Cox. “You haven't heard Janet sound like this in a long time and I think the song is perfect for the movie,” Dupri said. “It's a really good record."

“Nothing” will hit the Internet via iTunes on March 30th, while Why Did I Get Married Too? is due in theaters April 2nd.

Dupri is currently at work producing for his latest project with his newest artist, Dondria.
