Hip-Hop group Cypress Hill has announced a partnership with Guerilla Union to re-launch the annual Cypress Hill Smokeout.

The two-day festival and “cannabis expo,” which launched in 1998, will return after a six-year hiatus this October, at the San Manuel Amphitheatre and festival grounds in San Bernardino, California.

Headliners on the Cypress Hill Smokeout include Slipknot, Sublime!, Deftones, Redman and Method Man, Cheech and Chong, all original members of the Goodie Mob and a reunion-set featuring the original Geto Boys, consisting of Willie D., Scarface and Bushwick Bill.

“It's a stoner's dream come true,” B-Real told AllHipHop.com of the festival. “Our fans deserve an event that celebrates our love of music and marijuana culture. It’s gonna take two days to take it all in. I can't wait to play some new music and hang with all our friends and fans."

In addition to the aforementioned performers, festival goers will see performances by Hieroglyphics, Immortal Technique, K’Naan, Living Legends, Devin The Dude, Swollen Members with Moka Only, Afrika Bambaataa, Mixmaster Mike, Kottonmouth Kings and others.

“The spirit of the Smokeout is centered in unifying people, music, while being embraced by the world's oldest miracle herb,” DJ Muggs said. “This two day festival of high vibrations of lifted music with friends and family is truly exciting to see take form and once again rock the stage with some of the best musical acts in the world.”

Also taking place during the two-day event is the Smokeout Cannabis Cup and Medical Marijuana Expo, a “420” movie night featuring classic stoner films and a variety of panels related to the art of smoking pot.

Rock The Bells tour and Guerilla Union founder Chang Weisberg labeled the event the “Comic-Con” of cannabis.

“I am so happy that we're bringing it back in anticipation of their amazing new studio album,” Weisberg said. “The fans have been very persistent letting us know that they miss Smokeout. We've pulled out all the stops for this year's festival.”

Cypress Hill’s Smoke Out takes place October 23-24.

Pre-sale tickets are available starting this Friday (September 4), while the general admission tickets start selling Saturday, September 12, through all major ticketing outlets.

That concert will be awesome, if:

*Slipknot doesn't cancel due to Joey Jordison's foot being broken
*Deftones will be there but Chi is still in a coma, they've been playing great lately though
*New Sublime singer doesn't suck
*Red and Meth play their old cuts
*The Goodie Mob doesn't start dissing each other again over Cee Lo's music
*Bushwick Bill isn't in jail

My airline tickets will be purchased by the end of this week. Me and my folks will be making the pilgrimage to pay homage to the pioneers - The Geto Boys. Goodie Mob and Devin the Dude are icing on the cake. The Rap-A-Lot mafia will be recognized. The only thing is, due to Willie D's recent legal troubles, I believe he's there when I see him onstage. I just find it odd that he's being allowed to leave the state of Texas while out on bond with a pending fed case. Not saying it's impossible or he's snitching or any dumb s**tlike that, it's just usually you're confined to you're home state. But with J. Prince's connections and clout, anything is possible. Glad to see Cypress Hill recognizing the Mob though. If all the scheduled acts show, this could be up there with Aftermath's Up In Smoke concert, a classic. I don't think Goodie Mob will be a problem though. They seem to have genuinely patched thing up and have recently played shows together without incident. It'd be nice if they got 'Kast on the bill too though. Maybe they'll bring some other Dungeon Fam with them like Witchdoctor or Cool Breeze. Regardless, I'll be content with Geto Boys and Devin.
