@hot97  - in a not guilty plea you have the possibility of the outcome going in your favor .....pleading guilty your admitting you did the shit & more less seeking leniency (spellcheck) from a judge/jury..... who more than likely is gonna max you  out. that's not traffic court that man is faceing federal charges...id rather take my chances fighting the case too.

Willie D was involved with the morgage fraud back before the housing market crashed... I KNOW FOR A FACT......so the inevitable has happened.  Some people never learn to quit hustlin'.  He made tons of money then, with the morgage fraud thing, but didn't learn when to get out.  Hasn't learn and is still continually ripping folks off.  GREED=DOWNFALL!!

I still think, and hope, that there's more to this story. I know that I don't know him personally, but I just can't help but feel that a man of his intelligence and intellect would get caught up in this shit. But even if he is guilty, he didn't kill or physically hurt anyone. Let him pay restitution and be out on probation. If they just lock him up, the victims, and the state of Texas, won't get any money out of him. And at the end of the day, that's all anyone cares about. If he not out to perform / tour, he can't earn any money and in the end everyone involved loses. Even if I was one of the people he allegedlly scammed, I would just want my money back. I think the rap community needs to get behind him, especially in Houston. So far the only person I've seen support him is Z-Ro. I think he threw some kind of benefit concert. And anyone on this site who has had any experience with the backward-ass American "justice" system, like myself, knows that the majority of the time pleading guilty to a crime, whether you did it or not, is not always a good move. It's a game and more often than not, guilt or innocense is irrelevant. I just hope it doesn't turn into a C-Bo / C-Murder type situation where they try to use his lyrics against him.

Hey Guys, I used to sell apple ipods on Ebay. I had a company from china dropshipping my products for me. Once I sold the ipod. They was suppose to ship the product. Well, it was just my luck that they did not send my customers shit. They sent them fake tracking numbers. I had to refund them the money. I think thats what happened to willie d.
