Hitmaker T-Pain has become a father for a third time, welcoming to his family a second son last Saturday (May 9).
T-Pain, real name Faheem Rasheed Najm, had to cancel a scheduled Tuesday (May 12) appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to tend his wife Amber and new child.
On the show, T-Pain had rehearsed with comedian Andy Samberg and The Lonely Island to do an autotune sketch comedy song entitled “I’m On a Boat with T-Pain.”
At press time, T-Pain has not announced the name of the baby.
The couple’s previous children are daughter Lyriq and son Muziq.
This year, T-Pain is up for several BET Awards, including Best Male R&B Artist, Best Collaboration (with Jamie Foxx), and Video of the Year (‘Blame It”).
