I don't know I am udcided whether to go see this movie or not.
I mean all the reviews are good. But, it's like that's not how I want to remember B.I.G. I want to remember the lyrical, funny, cool B.I.G.

My last memory of B.I.G was his funeralprocession in Bedstuy with the crowded streets. Someone turned the music for "Hypnotize" on and everyone went crazy. I remember that day clearly was in high school. My mom said had she knew they was holding that out it the Stuy she would have let us gone. Damn, rap hasn't been the same since we lost B.I.G. R.I.P.

I've seen the movie. My man Concise, from the rap group True2LifeMusic, plays a member of Jr Mafia... Gutta. It was good, beginning was a little rushed. But the ENDING.... you will feel like Menacy 2 Society: Good Black man trying to get his life together and things fall apart.

Sorry To disappoint I mainly Heard The Right People were not involved to make this movie any good.

I just got back from seein it, it was better than I expected. Alot of shit wasn't in it but the shit that was, was great. Everybody is gon feel alot of emotions from seein it. Saw the movie last night with my squad. The dude who played Biggie nailed the part and I thought Derek Luke did a good job as Puff. I was a bit disappointed with the guy who played Pac... he had some of his mannerisms but looked nothing like him so it threw me off a bit.

I would definitely recommend the movie but just be warned that you are getting Biggie's life from his mom and Faith's point of view. It makes Biggie seem a bit like a drug dealer with a 'heart of gold' in the early years and we all know Lil Kim was more than just one of Big's jump-offs. But Big's mom and Faith want the world to remember him in a certain way so they are going to gloss over certain aspects.

Oh yeah... the girl who plays Lil Kim definitely makes a memorable on-screen debut in the movie...haha.

Odeisel was right this shit was ill. I did think the trailers were a bit weak but I knew immediately I was going to see it. It came out Friday here in Oahu but I peeped it last night. Well worth the wait. I left out feeling like I knew BIG a lot more and felt closer to his legac (n/h). It was an excellent portrayal by Gravy and Kim was straight. I was loving Faith though she was held down for real. It was a good movie though...

I saw the movie this weekend and I loved it... yea ok I know there are something things they couldve gone into more detail or what not but this was not a mini-series so of coarse they had to rush certain things... but overall it was worth every penny and worth my time...
