Gotta love the internet!!! You can be whoever you want to be!! Well for the REST of the population that isn't a sports medicine-educated, well-paid professional with a profound sneaker collection as well as a top-tier dress shoe lineup, I think it's ridiculous for THEM to be so concerned with high-priced sneakers. I work 8-10 hours a day (in my shoes) and I sleep 8-10 hours a day (usually barefoot). For the remaining 4-8 hours in the day, I'm usually in the house watching TV, on the internet talking to make believe people, eating, cooking or getting some twat. That leaves MAYBE an hour or 2 to put on some high-priced sneakers and practice my jump-shot. Ummm....no thanks. Maybe there are more hours in the day in the UK.

First off, please don't "blud" me. I 'm not with that nonsense. Anyway, NO I don't go out after work. I come in from work and chill with my kids. If I do anything on weekends, it's groceries, relaxing, drinking, etc. I don't need hundred dollar sneakers to hit the liquor store, come back in the house, turn on the LCD and watch football. IF I DO go out, I don't go to places that let MEN in wearing sneakers. Now if this was '96 and I was gonna hit the mall to buy a CD and walk around for 4 hours. Or if I was gonna go sit on the stoop and drink a 40, then MAYBE I would care about the latest sneakers. 9 times out of 10 if I run out the house on some humbug shit, I'm throwing on some polo flip flops. Let's just agree that we look at life differently. Where I'm from, any lame with a pack to push can throw on some jeans, a white tee, and some sneakers. I'm not trying to fit in with that crowd. I grew up on Hip Hop but the key is I grew up. I'm 29 now and it would be asinine for me to still be doing the same shit I was doing in '92. I'm too worried about mortgage payments to drop a couple hundred on sneakers.
