This was a good read. She made some good points. Even though I can't stand Souljah Boy and other rappers like him, he is not the main cause of why hip hop is the way it is right now. The problem is that there is no balance, especially among female rappers. I agree with her, the next female rapper to make it big is gonna have to bring something different to table while also being lyrical and being able to flow. I think the whore gimmick of female rap is finally dead. Skills will be expected in order for them to get decent sales now, as it should be.

Yeah she's def. the best female rapper of all time. I thought Eve could have the potential but dropping one single and then never releasing the album who knows. Then she just got too commercial (compared to her first album) but MC Lyte always stayed true to herself, fans & game.
